Successful candidates are expected to use their problem solving abilities with an analytical approach, to contribute to change management by following the organizational culture that “loves to learn and teach” and to bring the perfectionist vision to every single work on daily base. 


If you have high motivation and experience on responsibilities below:

  • Be the first point of contact for all employees, regarding HR processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department,
  • Managing recruitment, promotion and internal transfer process within the boundaries of approved budget,
  • Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities for the partner departments in alignment with company strategy and targets,
  • Taking a role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding process,
  • Plan and implement new/revised HR policies, programmes and services that correspond with business strategy while ensuring all activities align with overall HR goals and objectives,
  • Supporting and accomplishing Organisational Development processes and projects

Qualifications :


  • Minimum education – Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience of HR,
  • Experienced in HR process/system design & re-design and leading HR change, 
  • Self-motivated and action and result oriented; proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks,
  • Ability to work independently and show a strong customer oriented focus,
  • Fluent in English,
