• BS degree from a reputable university in Industrial or Computer Engineering.
• + 5 years of experience with a demonstrated professional background as a business analyst, business system analyst or business / process architect
• Experience in Agile/Scaled Agile methodology and/or health / insurance industry are significant plus
• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on internal/external consulting, documenting and reviewing Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Experience of working in end-to end project life cycle
• Excellent influencing, negotiating, and consultative skills to achieve a desired course of action consistent with the organization?s strategic goals and objectives
• Strong analytical, technical and organizational skills
• Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated history of successful collaboration with all levels of an organization
• Excellent planning and co-ordination skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Project and other MS Office tools; and SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and standing out as a successful collaborator
• A demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
• Confidence in working in fast-paced environments
• PMP, SAFe, Agile certifications preferred

The Senior Business Architect role in our Project Management Office organisation will be acting as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and technology teams. As such, the successful candidate leverages his/her listening and interviewing skills to understand business partner?s needs and system issues, and to recommend creative and viable solutions.

As being the ultimate and creative designer of what he/she is responsible of, the successful candidate will translate these business solutions into comprehensive and clear specifications utilizing templates and tools consistent with the development methodology being employed.

Projects range from minor enhancements to large scale system implementations, and responsibilities include production support on assigned systems.

Responsibilities for this amazing opportunity include but are not limited to:

• Act as a liaison between the operation departments (business owners), technical organization (development team), and other affected areas in planning, directing and conducting the analysis of business problems.

• Possess expertise and provide thought in the design, development, execution and maintenance of business analysis practices and frameworks.
• Facilitates & drives conversations through workshops/discovery meetings at multiple levels of customer organizations, including executive visioning (C-level), business process owners (Middle management), etc.

• Able to strategize with the customer on how they can improve their business
• Writes the business analysis, including detailed user stories, desired effective to-be design and acceptance test scenarios, based on stakeholder and IT team input, engages with stakeholders to get their sign-off on those specifications before introducing them for IT team development.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure cohesive delivery and traceability of documentation. Provide input into project plans, cost and/or resource estimating activities. Align IT team to provide proper system analysis as well.
• Participate as the first pit-stop for User Acceptance Test phase by using the analysis owned, and test defect resolution. Once acceptance is provided by the architect, provide support and be the bridge/coordinator for process owner acceptance testing.
• Act as the champion of lean, efficient and effective process designs and digitalisation through every design s/he puts. By doing so, document as-is and to-be process diagrams when needed in addition to any documentation. Identify gaps for potential technology solutions. Explore methods of user interaction utilizing use cases, storyboards, wireframes, and user stories.
