As we continue to develop Consumer Products Services activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as  Human Resources Specialist. The position is located within our Istanbul, Bagcilar office in Türkiye.

Job Mission: 

• Provide operational HR support for all HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Training, etc.)
• Intiating, developing and implementing training process
• Manage / support payroll processes, SGK transactions in the right legal context; health insurance programs, tickets etc.
  
• Preparing and publishing advertisements during the recruitment process, classifying applications, organizing meetings, entering CV information into the system, conducting, and reporting relevant interviews
• To support other Human Resources projects and Human Resources improvement studies in line with business needs
• To support and organize activities and projects that increase corporate culture and employee motivation

Functional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field,
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in Human Resources department,
• Proficiency in English; both written & verbal,
• Good understanding of HR policies & procedures,
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs,
• Good team player with strong problem-solving skills,
