As we continue to develop Consumer Products Services activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as CUSTOMER CARE PROJECT COORDINATOR. The position is located within our Istanbul, Bağcılar office in Türkiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinating the projects for the testing of consumer goods in our client-facing organization for a solid customer base,
• Coordinating and creating offers, test plans and project-related documents,
• Interfacing between our customers and the internal testing departments nationally/internationally,
• Planning, organising and processing customer orders in a daily basis,
• Proactively communicating with customers and internal company interfaces to ensure smooth sample processing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Has Bachelor's degree,
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience,
• To be fluent in English and German,
• Has knowledge of MS Office,
• Has strong communication skills,
• To be a team player with a result-oriented approach.
