Now seeking for qualified DOCUMENT CONTROLLER for a project based in Ankara;

• Bachelor’s degree, (preferably graduate of Russian language / literature, or engineering/science),

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical office works as a Document Controller or similar role,

• Familiarity with project management,

 • PC proficiency to include hands-on experience with MS Office,

• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS),

• Proficient typing and editing skills,

 • Data organization skills,

 • Fluent in English , Russian is a plus. 

JOB DEFINITION:

Document Controller's responsibilities include typing letters, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. Ultimately, document controller will support our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
