As we continue to develop Marine & Offshore activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as Plan Approval Surveyor (Machinery & Fire/Safety). Position is located within our Istanbul office in Turkey:

Job Description: 

·      Perform review of marine machinery and fire/safety documents according to applicable rules, regulations and delegations,

·      Support Equipment & Material Certification team and Consultancy Services team in drawing review, inspection or consultancy work, as and when required,

·      Communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure contract requirements are met,

·      Support and provide technical advice to clients,

·      Participate in meetings (both internal and external) as required,

·      Ensure timely and accurate submission of time & expense sheets,

·      Keep up to date with new rules, regulations and technical information or process disseminated through internal communication.

 Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine / Ocean Engineering,

·      Excellent command of English verbal and written,

·      Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience,

·     Worked on site and / or as designer in the marine sector,

·      Being a team player with high sense of responsibility,

·      Professional knowledge of MS applications.
