As we continue to develop Information Technologies activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as IT Specialist for its developing operations. Position is located within our İstanbul office in Türkiye:

JOB DEFINITION

• Provides end user support services related to the hardware, software, network and operation systems / Help Desk Activities, 
•  Supports IT team in new system installations, software uploads, software configurations, network designations, authorizations and overall control operations / IT Operations, 
• Detects and solves hardware failures in workstations, printers and network devices,  
• Detects and solves errors and problems related to softwares, programs and network system / Repair-Maintenance, 
•  Ensures workstation security systems are up to date, 
• Performs back-up operations and back-up server operating systems, 
• Ensures lead support service for daily problems of the remote users through telephone, e-mail support /Remote offices, 
• Update IT asset inventory, maintains Help-Desk activity records, filings, archivings and control of IT documents / Documentation, 
• Controls and monitors IT assets are well kept, safe and secure,
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have a university degree,
• Minimum 2 years experience in related fields,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and Microsoft operation systems,
• Good command of English,
• No restrictions to travel in and abroad,
• Have a valid driving license,
