As we continue to develop Legal activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organization as Senior Lawyer for our developing operations in Legal Department. The position is located within our Istanbul in Türkiye:

Job Description:

• Manage and update Turkey Country records pertaining to local subsidiaries (board and shareholders’ resolutions, powers of attorneys, banking powers, corporate formalities, updating commercial registries, etc.),
• Liaise with HO Legal Team to coordinate updating of corporate records and Group data base,
• Support restructuring and corporate transactions (creation, liquidation or merger of legal entities, capital increases or decreases, amendments of articles of association, joint ventures, acquisitions, etc.),
• Oversee, supervise, and review compliance with all applicable laws and with the Group’s Code of Ethics and related policies,
• Review main offers and contracts,
• Spread use of BV General Conditions of Service and other model agreements and documents to the greatest extent possible,
• Manage legal cases and claims in Turkey Country in coordination with HO Legal Team,

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law,
• Preferably has a masters degree in Business Management,
• Minimum of 4 year experiences in corporate law (contract review, labout law, compliance etc.),
• Previous work experience in an International company experience is preferable,
• Good command of English.
