We are looking for an Network and Communication Unit Manager to be employed in Infrastructure and Service Management Group.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related fields
  • 10+ years of Network, Security and Communications experience with 5+ years of experience in team management
  • 10+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/WIFI/Internet technologies
  • Strong working and practical knowledge of Router, Switch, Access Point, IP Switching & Routing, Load Balancer, QoS, MPLS Technologies,
  • Extensive experience of Security Infrastructures and Technologies including Firewall, IDS/IPS, DLP, Anti-virus, SIEM, VPN, NAC, RADIUS, SD-WAN, DDoS, 802.1x, etc.,
  • Experience with Data Centre networking infrastructure and solutions,
  • Voice, VOIP, IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, Voice Recording systems experience,
  • Experience of working within ITIL, ISO 27001, CIS, NIST frameworks, industry recognized certifications (CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, CISSP) preferred,
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal,
  • Team working, critical analysis and decision making, problem solving, organizational awareness, IT awareness and impact, ethics and professionalism skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Architecture, planning, design, engineering, implementation, acceptance,  operation, performance monitoring, improvement, event and problem management, capacity planning, service availability and continuity within agreed SLA and OLA’s of Network, Security and Voice Technologies
  • Management of Data ve Voice (Mobile ve Landlines) including new application, cancellation, transfer, transmission, failure notifications
  • Planning, development, testing, production and reporting of Unit projects,
  • Planning, operation and maintenance of network infrastructures related to all Data Centers, Head Offices, Branches and Business Continuity Centers,
  • Acceptance of new IT Services, coordination, network design and planning activities,
  • Sustain high-availability service levels and ensure fulfillment of business-wide service levels and operational support objectives,
  • Effective resource planning to maximize resource efficiency (People, Technology, Processes, Budget, etc.)
  • Provide support for operating systems network configuration and troubleshooting,
  • Experience of working with application and network layer cryptography and virtualization
  • Competency with scripting and tools and their application to network engineering, monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting,
  • Maintain proper documentation including configuration specifics and procedures, for implementation and ongoing operation/maintenance of infrastructure solutions, and related to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
  • Regular reporting for managed systems, activities and projects,
  • Annual budget planning, reporting, control and cost management, follow-up of regular payments in responsibility area,
  • Research, evaluate, adopt new solutions, alternatives for managed systems, support RFI, RFP, purchase, procurement and contract processes,
  • Supports the development of team skills and competence, inspires and sustains team cohesion and engagement ,
  • Implement team goals and objectives, supervise and  guide team members, motivate team members, lead by setting a good example, provide effective feedback,
  • Comply with the Legal Regulations, Information Security policies and industry standards, perform risk analysis and security assessments,
  • Ensure consistent standards of stakeholder communication and customer service, coordination with hardware and software suppliers,
  • Ensure communication and coordination with all Supplier companies, follow-up on activity and reporting,
  • Participate in Branch Infrastructure and Change Management Committees,
  • Develops and sustains relationships based on an understanding of customer/stakeholder needs and actions consistent with the company’s service standards.
