HEB is leading manufacturer in Turkey for parasol, beach umbrella, gazebo, flag, beach-flag and banners as located at industrial area in Hadımköy/Istanbul.

Started its production in 2006 as Büyüksoy Company and continue its growth with dedicated sister company as HEB for international markets.

HEB is exporting to more than 30 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia and solution partner of global brands for food and beverage market.

Job Description

·      Organizing customer orders, quotations, and sample requests records; follow up related activities, deliveries and payments

·     Managing the day to day export transactions, in coordination with the nominated customs broker.

·      Providing all necessary documents for import & export operations and making sure that the documents are accurate.

·      Coordinating the sales orders and shipments by working closely with other departments to ensure the customer satisfaction.

·      Attend international fairs and organizations

Qualifications

·      University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields

·     Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (International Trade-Export operations) Knowledge of export procedures and regulations

·      Excellent command of written and spoken English, additionally German language skills would be a certain plus  

·      Proficiency in MS Office applications

·     Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities; be flexible and work under stress and pressure

·      Well organized and good at time management skills; systematic, reliable and prone to teamwork, goal and result oriented besides strong planning and reporting skills

·      Excellent coordination skills with clients

·      No restrictions for travelling abroad

·      Residing on the European side of Istanbul.
