Role and Responsibilities

CTech, which is a subsidiary of Turkish Aerospace Industries, is looking for defense industry experienced Avionics And Mission Systems – Software Systems Engineer who are going to be responsible with the following duties:

• Analyzing user requirements and translation of them into system technical requirements and functions

• Engaging with customers, suppliers other stakeholders on specific technical requirements

• Generation, analysis, validation and verification of system requirements

• Generation of system concepts, development of system architecture and functional allocation

• Definition and management of system interfaces

• Support for certification and qualification activities

• Support for the definition and agreement on air vehicle level requirements and functions with customer

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in one of the following departments; Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Physics Engineering

• Experience or enthusiasm in systems engineering.(Preferably Aerospace related experience)

• Knowledge in product development processes and standards

• Highly motivated in work

• Capable of on time internal and external delivery of outputs

• Analytic and multi-dimensional thinking capability

• Ability to understand complex systems

• Responsible and ready for being a team player

• Experience in DOORS

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both oral and written

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SW Requirement Development, HW Interface Requirement Development

• Experience in SW Architectural Design

• Experience in SW Design Strategies and Methods

• Knowledge of Mil Standards, Digital Busses architecture (Ethernet, ARINC-429, MIL-STD- 1553)

• Working knowledge of the Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) technical standard.

• Experience in Object Oriented Design Principles

• Knowledge in Avionics and Mission Systems and interfaces

• Experience on using C, C++, UML, VHDL/Verilog, Scripting Languages

• Eclipse, VS.Net, Keil/IAR IDE/Compiler, GCC/G++, Autotools, Makefile, Code Coverage Tools, Code Analysis Tools, Debuggers

• Knowledge and experience in processes and standards such as IEEE 15288, DO-254, DO-178C, SAE-ARP-4761, SAE-ARP-4754A
