Food and Beverage Development Manager in Coffee Chain Business

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage functions and relevant operations within the applicable guidelines of the business and to the highest Caffè Nero brand standards. 

Responsibilities

Culinary Management

• Responsible for overall food, bakery and beverage innovation, menu strategy and key initiative projects.
• Culinary development will drive research and insights, identify opportunities, determine priorities and qulify test and expand menu items.

Product Development

• Continuously monitor the competitive environment, Food and Beverage trends and best practices in retail and lead necessary actions for product development;       Inline with Food & Beverage plans, lead the new product development process and execute necessary improvements;
• For products approved for deployment (new, revised) provides thorough, accurate and timelt documentation/metrails neede by teams for deployment

Training Management

• Execute briefings and trainings for the Operation teams about products, displays, service, food safety and other relevant elements of the function;
• Supports L&D with training metarails or facilitation as requested

Requirements and skills

• University graduate in relevant fields
• Relevant knowledge and experience in the industry, preferably with a retail execution practice
• Ability to develop and adapt the organizational structure, tools and processes in line with the growth of the business
• Strong managerial and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude
• Advanced level in English
