Duties and Responsibilities

•Developing marketing strategies for products.

•Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best practices to build successful strategiesfor Shishaand RYO/MYO tobaccoproducts.

•Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

•Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics

•Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

•Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

•Reviewing current marketing campaigns and developing solutions within budget constraints

•Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management

Requirements and Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Business Administration, or related field.MBA is aplus.

•Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns of minimum 2years. FMCGindustryexperience is abigplus.

•Strong command of English is amust.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

•Knowledge of social media, online display advertising, email marketing, print advertising, and website/landing page best practices

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•High competency with MS office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

•Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

•Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

No obstacles for traveling nationally andinternationally.
