• University degree from related departments
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English (Italian is a plus)
• Min 2 years experience
• Innovative and pro-active person with effective communication skills,
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools,
• Willingness to work within flexible working hours if required,
• No travel restrictions,
• Min 2 years driver's license is a must,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

• Cash Controlling,
• To support the stores in all cash matters,
• Reporting cash losses to the Finance and  HR department,
• Store KPI Reporting,
• Fraud Prevention (receipt cancellation, refund check , discount check),
• Stock Management (stock product inventory , defining the best seller products),
• Annual Inventory Management (Comparing the last years missing value and missing product),
• Field ( store ) visits to audit stores,
• Sharing feedback about  field visit to the District and Area Manager,
• Create give training to make staff aware about the loss prevention subjects,
• Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Sales Team about store conditions, audit results,
• Create and present the monthly report to the Country Manager,
• Arrange update meetings with HQ to make them aware about audit performances,
• Monthly meeting with Loss Prevention Department , Italy,
• Controlling storebook (Store’s daily closing book),
• Sharing new updates about return and promotion procedures with the Stores.
