QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Position Purpose & Summary

 

The Contract Management Administrator is responsible for opening the sales and purchase contract in SAP system by using different tools (E-mail, Excel, CPQ….etc.). This position has knowledge of company products, systems, and processes as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department, sales/trading department and across the functional business unit. Strong follow up and communication in opening, canceling, amending, extending and closing contracts. Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

 

Principal Accountabilities


80% Sales + Purchase Contract Management:

  • Responsible for an accurate processing of sales contracts + purchase contracts into the ERP-system (SAP) for the different production plants with using different tools (CPQ + E-mail + Excel)
  • Process contract amendments (Revise/Extend/Close..etc.) in the ERP-system (SAP) based on input received from the Sales, Trade, Customer Service and Supply Chain Team after questioning possible impact & consequences
  • For amendments if there is any approval, firstly complete the approval and save the changing in the system.
  • Check and problem solving : when facing unclear points in these contracts, contact the responsible departments to find solution

 

15% Contract Reporting:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports prepare and share with functional business unit.

 

5% Small Project  

Required Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business to Business customer service or supply chain

  • Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment while acting with a sense of urgency

  • Demonstrated high level of organization, problem solving and execution skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent face to face and email communication skills
