Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Innovation Specialist, Oils & Fats will collaborate with a team to execute the business plan to meet business goals. We seek a motivated professional who will identify and execute new business development projects and lead, prioritize and report on the portfolio of new business development projects. In this role, you will drive technical business development process among customers according to the strategy and in cooperation with sales team.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop strong customer relationships with customers.
- Continuously investigate, create, lead and execute new business development projects among various customers and regularly report out the performance.
- Lead and execute customer training program.
- Participate new product launch process and lead the related activities on the field.
- Participate with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation and satisfaction, account planning, and the use of salesforce.com.
- Collaborate with product development team for NPSS process.
- Collaborate with global innovation centers in case required.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
