Position Purpose & Summary

 Management of OTSC Team’s reporting and reconciliation process.

 Principal Accountabilities

 35% Accounting of invoices – (i) Issuing invoices as a result of currency differences (mismatches) between invoices issued and received funds (ii) Controlling the invoices to be issued by the customers for the returns & price differences (iii) Following up the invoices showing the LoGs’ comm. & fee.s (iv) Preparing reports for fx differences

 20% Controlling & entering the postdated cheques to the SAP (current ERP) which are issued/endorsed by the customers    

 20% Managing reconciliation process (including BS) to align with the customers about the balances through making customer calls   

 5% Entering customer invoices to the ERP system (price differences, comm. & fees regarding LoGsetc.)      

 5% Managing collection process on Direct Debit System/POS   

 5% Preparing monthly sales reports     

 5% Reporting & following up the maturity dates of risk mitigation tools   

 5% Supporting the reporting process of the sales within inward processing authorization certificate

Required Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economy or related fields
• Oral and written communication capabilities in English - Intermediate level 
• 2-3 years of experience in related fields 
• Concrete knowledge and concrete in Turkish Gaap and reporting aspects according IFRS
• Advanced knowledge on fx accounting (dövizli muhasebe)
• Being a member of a hard-working team & using communication channels effectively 
• Proficiency in accounting and & MS Office 
• System thinker, solution oriented, responsible, open to learning
• SAP user
