QUALIFICATIONS:

-Graduated from Textile Engineering department

-Having good understanding of retro planning, chasing and being in communication with buying team about deadlines.

-Strong analyzing, negotiation and problem solving skills.

-In capable of directing sampling, packaging and costing process.

-Well organized and strong daily follow up skills.

-Fluent in both written and spoken English.

-Able to work analytical and organized in dynamic environment.

-Being proactive, positive and problem solving mindset.

-Home Textile products (bedilnen, bathlinen, home decoration textile etc.) experience is preferable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To assist from supplier identification, listing suppliers and products on Carrefour system and sourcing to product development, production, sampling, packaging process and on time delivery for a defined product family, best practice to follow up.

-To provide the most competitive products at the best purchase conditions to meet the countries

(Buying Units) demand in compliance with legal and quality requirements of the group.

-To follow strictly the sourcing strategies advised from the Senior Merchandiser and/or Product Manager.

-To communicate clear information to hierarchy and Buying Units and to keep all follow ups up-to-date and to create reports requested by management.

-To deal directly Buying Units and suppliers, to manage existing supplier base.

-To work coordinately with Quality, Packaging, Supply Chain departments.
