CORPORATE COMMERCIAL LAWYER

• Bachelor degree in Law,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Master degree in abroad from a reputable university will be an asset,
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a multinational company and/or an international law firm.
• Experience and practice in Commercial Law, Contractual Law, Capital Markets Law, Competition Law, Data Privacy legislation, Intellectual Property Law, Consumer Protection Law, drafting and negotiating agreements.
• High organizational skills and flexibility,
• Well organized, strong follow-up, timeliness and analytical skills, ability to work with deadlines,
• Ability to pro-actively resolve problems,
• Service orientation, can-do-attitude and business global view,
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of business, corporate structure and ability to draw out business implications of legal issues.
• Holding a Corporate Governance Rating Specialist License is an asset.
• Computer literate (MS Office),
• No restriction to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Selected candidates will be evaluated to be a member of Corporate & Commercial unit of the Legal Department.

• Monitoring and supporting the company on all legal matters and legislation related to retail sector,
• Drafting, negotiating and executing all kinds of commercial contracts, board resolutions, necessary documents for general assembly meetings,
• Supporting and preparing reports to the legal counsels,
• Periodically following up the legislative/regulatory developments,
• Conducting legal researches, providing legal advice on draft laws,
• Conducting daily corporate works,
• Supporting stores in legal queries,
• Following up Intellectual Property Registrations,
