Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for a team mate to work as Guest Relations Manager at our Regnum Carya facility located in Belek Tourism Center, one of the important brands of the accommodation sector

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position at a 5 star hotel
• Fluent at least 2 of Turkish, Russian, English, German languages (Third language is preferred)
• Great attention to details.
• Preferably able to master and use the Fidelio Suite 8 program
• Demonstrate excellent communication, counseling, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Responsive, engaged and interactive with capability of building strong positive team.
• Visibly proactive with excellent organizational skills, capable of providing focused leadership.
• Energetic with a positive attitude.
• Able to converse and resolve guest complaints/issues in a calm and professional manner
• Can identify priorities and effectively execute tasks/projects accordingly and in a timely manner.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Great focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage, train and motivate a variety of people
