Casas Clinics offers various international services, including weight loss treatments, plastic surgeries and dental treatments. Our main goal is to present the best results for our foreign patients to reach their expectations by providing an exceptional medical care.

Casas Clinics is seeking talented Sales and coordination Agents who will join our dynamic and international team in Izmir.

Qualifications:

Advanced level in English, French or German (both verbal and written), 

Proficiency in MS Office applications,

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients,

Advanced negotiation and follow-up skills,

Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness,

Good in communication skills,

Ability to communicate and convince easily over the phone,

Ability to work flexible hours and being reachable at all times,

Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time,

Ability to work under pressure, and to be a team member.

Job Description

The candidate will be working in international sales department for patients who would like to have their treatments with Casas Clinics in Turkey.

Following up with the patient all along the sales process.

Contacting potential customers to inform them about a product or service

Providing all the information needed to the customer about our products and services,

Collecting all the information about the customer in order to close the deal,

Preparing and sharing price quotations to patients for their medical packages,

Other tasks given by management.
