GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy , Management or related fields from reputable universities,
• Have at least 2-3 years experience with Certified Public Accountancy (SMMM) Certificate, preferably Full Certifying Services and Tax Auditing,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, 
•  High active communication and analytical thinking skills, 
•  No military obligation for male candidates,
  
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English,
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To be aware of tax and accounting regulations, 
• To master E-Ledger and E-Invoice processes, Report to Head of Finance & Administration,
• Charterring and agency transaction accounting,
• Preparation of break-bulk costs documents,
• Actively supports the month end closure process, to do the monthly closing and prepare the monthly financial reports according to the request of the Finance Manager,
• Control the invoices received from the services providers (eg, customs broker, shipping agents, airlines, transporter companies, warehouses, etc.) and handling the invoices to accounting dept on time and to do the Cost Control for the shipowners, 
• To do the tax declaration,
• To cooperate with the auditors to finish the yearly auditing,
• To prepare the yearly working plan and carry out the tasks according to the plan,
• To be able to arrange different tasks efficiently, and control the finance process of the company,
• To fulfill any other tasks given by the Finance Manager.
