Çayeli Bakır İşletmeleri A.Ş. (CBI) is owned by First Quantum Minerals Ltd. which is an established and rapidly growing mining and metals company .CBI is an underground mine and produces copper and zinc in Madenli, Çayeli in the Province of Rize on the eastern Black Sea coast. During the life of the operation, CBI has continuously looked for opportunities to enhance its reputation and performance through the application of leading international practice in all areas of its business. CBI is sensitive to the environment, respectful to the local people and one of the leading enterprises in terms of its technical infrastructure in the Turkish mining sector.

The role would include, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

·        Carry out the required studies to ensure that the company's values and vision are correctly reflected and perceived.

·        Manage, coordinate, and control the work of the communication agency in accordance with the expectations of the company.

·        Organize and manage internal communication activities and tools in accordance with the company's values and vision.

·        Develop and oversee the company's social media strategy.

·        Manage the internal communication budget and prepare the necessary reports.

·        Using appropriate communication tools, convey management team messages to all employees.

·        Organize activities to reach out to employees and their families.

The ideal candidate is required to have the following qualifications:

·        Graduated from Communication & Public relations or similar departments

·        At least minimum 3 years of experience

·        Employee engagement and employer branding experience would be an advantage

·        Familiarity with new communication technologies and social media

·        Excellent command of English both written and spoken

·        Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of packages (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)

·        Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills

·        Strong team player, ability to collaborate with teams from different departments

·        Innovative, self-starter with motivation to do great job

·        Exceptional presentation & analytical skills
