Çayeli Bakır İşletmeleri A.Ş. (CBI) is owned by First Quantum Minerals Ltd. which is an established and rapidly growing mining and metals company. CBI is an underground mine and produces copper and zinc in Madenli, Çayeli in the Province of Rize on the eastern Black Sea coast. During the life of the operation, CBI has continuously looked for opportunities to enhance its reputation and performance through the application of leading international practice in all areas of its business. CBI is sensitive to the environment, respectful to the local people and one of the leading enterprises in terms of its technical infrastructure in the Turkish mining sector.

We are looking for our new ore for developing our powerful and dynamic labor force.

The role would include but not limited to the following responsibilities;

• Support organizational development and recruitment
• Prepare the required reports related to organizational development and communication
• Define and document required competencies and skill sets for each position at the organization
• Manage internal communication activities and tools.
• Convey management team messages to all employees using appropriate communication tools
• Organize activities to reach out employees and family members of employee

• Graduated from Economics, Finance, Business, Communication & Public relations or similar departments
• At least a minimum 5 years of experience
• Internal communication and employer branding experience would be an advantage
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of packages (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
• Excellent communication, organizational and planning skill
• Strong team player, ability to collaborate with teams from different departments
• Innovative, self-starter with motivation to do great job
• Exceptional presentation & analytical skills
