Will be able to produce and implement national and international strategies on real estate marketing

Looking for English, Turkish, Arabic and/or Persian speaker marketing specialist.

Ability to maintain long-term follow-ups.

No travel restriction

Working experience in middle east region

Excellent interpersonal skills, result-oriented personality.

İŞ TANIMI

Work with management on the proper positioning of the company and an appropriate communication plan

Create and execute a B2B strategy driving awareness of the company’s services among property developers, banks and other supporting industries

Cooperate with business development and sales department to create sales packages

Create sales and marketing materials to support the sales efforts

Utilize the full marketing mix as well as managing a number of external agency partners

Organize industry events: trainings, press conferences, trade-shows and award ceremonies

Cooperate with real estate industry organization, driving the awareness of our company 

E-mail marketing, managing customer database and proactively establishing communication with them

Management of Creative Content Department

Excellent in project and time management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Closely follow industry trends and news and manage social media accounts by creating compelling content and promote content through various channels ensuring a strong web presence

Manage and track marketing budgets / forecasting and detailed reporting
