Software & Business Analyst Job Announcement

We are looking for team member for our Technology Department as a Software and Business Analyst who will be the main interface and the liaison with the technology teams and the client & business owners. We are expecting an individual with an open minded, having enthusiasm in what he/she is doing and have the courage to bring up new ideas and solutions with a customer focused and relentless problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

·Interface with end-users (mainly Doctors, RNs, Medical Directors, Hospital Top Managers) and software consultants.

·Perform complex analysis, designing and programming to meet business requirements and make the documentation for the development teams.

·Resolve complex issues relating to business requirements and objectives.

·Test, Maintain, manage and modify all software systems and applications.

·Develop, maintain and manage systems, software tools and applications.

·Coordinate and support software professionals in installing and analyzing applications and tools.

·Analyze, develop and implement testing procedures, programming and documentation.

·Train and develop End User satisfaction.

·Analyze, design and develop modifications/enhancement and changes to existing systems to enhance performance. Create a plan of execution.

·Routine system controls and preparing reports for software team

·Database administration

·Testing and quality control process owner of integrations and developments

Requirements

·Proven work experience as a software and business analyst.

·Excellent Interpersonal relation skills and a great communicator.

·Relentless Problem-solving attitude and analytical skills for problem reductions.

·Flexibility and adaptability.

·Ability to perform in a team environment.

·Working knowledge of software technologies.

·Computer programming experience and expertise.

·General business knowledge especially in healthcare will be a plus.

·BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field from reputable universities.

·Analyze similar technologies, trends in the local and global markets and can strategize the product development process.

·Proficient in English both reading, writing and speaking.

·Experience in using Project Management tools and applications such as MS Project, TFS, Sharepoint etc.

·Experience and good Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI, Neural Networks are a big plus.
