Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a "Procurement Specialist" with the following qualifications to be a part of the Çelebi Havacılık Holding Procurement department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the related fields of the universities,
• Good command of written and spoken English (German is a plus),

• Minimum 3 years of experience in service/asset purchasing processes,
• Preferably category purchasing experience or knowledge of category management,
• Solid SAP-MM module operations knowledge and understanding the logic of ERP workflow,
• Experience in import and export transactions,
• Having knowledge about supplier relations and negotiations, problem solver, experience in performance evaluation systems,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Good communicator, adaptable to teamwork,
• Result-oriented with high follow-up skills, eager to develop business, open to improvement,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

 Job Description

• Taking responsibility for domestic and international procurement processes required for Çelebi Aviation Holding group companies,
• Preparation of purchase orders and order letters and follow-up the approval processes,
• Conducting supplier search, development and evaluation,
• Creating, managing and following up the terms of the contract based on the purchase,
• Reporting of price-performance analysis,
• Making service/asset purchases, determining and implementing continuous improvement activities,
• Following up the purchasing, logistics, customs clearance processes in import and export operations when necessary,
• Establishing and improving communication between suppliers and internal customers,
• Preparation of business plans and final reports,
• Making and reporting calculations arising from periodic price agreements,
• Budget administration within person’s own purchasing responsibility,
• Conducting and reporting cost reduction studies.
