QUALIFICATIONS

We’re looking for  ‘’ Quality  Specialist  ‘’  within Çelebi Havacılık Holding A.Ş.

  • Bachelors degree from preferably Industrial, Computer or Environmental engineering departments , post graduate is a plus
  • Very good command spoken and written English, German is a plus.
  • Having experience at least 3-4 years especially on Documentation Management and preferably in Quality Management .
  • Having experience in adopting/development of Quality Management Systems , knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures and it’s application functions, knowledge of Quality Assurance activities and Process follow up methods.
  • Experience with project management, PMP Certification is a plus
  • Reporting and analytical skills,
  • Experience in Aviation sector, preferaby in Airline , Ground Handling and Cargo Handling companies.
  • Experience on Customer Experience Management is a plus (CEM)
  • Knowledge on process standardization, design metodology and continuous improvement
  • Understanding of Çelebi product portfolio
  • Good Computer Skills and MS Office tools, especially Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio and MS Project
  • Programming languages such as Java, .Net, Visual Basic is a plus
  • Executive level reporting

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design, Deployment & Management of Global Integrated Process Management Model
  • Design and Manage the Document Management System including standardisation of documents, workflow and approval process
  • Provide support to business units and headquarter functions in document standardisation and preparation of guidelines both locally and globally
  • Manage projects like directly related with Quality  and/or  support  other projects as a team member within the HQ.
  • Contribute to Project and Program Management related with Quality, Customer Satisfaction , SLA/Process  Compliance and   Process Exccellence & Good to Great Strategy
  • Contribute to the Improvement of Quality,Service Indicators and Customer Satisfaction processes in parallel with Good to Great Strategy
  • Be a partner of Risk Management
  • Support quality assurance activitites by following up of Ground Handling and Cargo Handling & Warehouse management regulations & knowledge sharing with subsidiaries
  • Stakeholder Engagement- Implementation of best practices (Lean 6 Sigma, Green Belt projects , Agility methodology  for demand management)
  • Supporting of requirements of Integrated management systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO27001 and OHSAS 18001.
  • Adopting and internalizing TQM principles at entire Holding groups globally
  • Communicate and publish weekly/monthly Quality Activity Report  to Senior Management, Business Units, Managing Directors and other Çelebi stakeholders.
