Finance Manager

ÇEMAŞ is seeking a “Finance Manager” based in İstanbul/Turkey.

Job Description:

·        Managing finance, accounting, reporting and controlling processes

·        Providing the financial acumen to partner with the Management Team to drive business forward and be involved in the key decision of the business

·        Coordination of budget and reporting process, monitoring the budget throughout the year, İdentifying variances between budget and actual financial results at the end of each reporting period,

·        Following up the updates on regulations and accounting policies and assessing the effects on financials, communicating those effects to related departments

·        Reporting and communicating with the management and Group Finance departments (Actual, Budget, Forecast)

·        Managing cash flow and working capital closely and informing management where necessary

·        Developing financial performance measurement tools to the general management (KPI’s, follow-up of action plans, etc)

·        Taking active role in digitalization of planning & reporting processes, implementation and development of those systems

·        Conduct relations with local or country government to obtain best results out of any formal topic.

·        Supporting other business functions by providing timely and accurate supplemental financial information

Qualifications:

·        University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields

·        8- 15 years of experience in similar positions, publicly traded company experience is an asset

·        Knowledge of Turkish accounting system

·        Fluency in English

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

·        Team player with strong negotiation and problem solving

·        Excellent analytical skills

·        Knowledge of controlling / financial reporting

·        High degree of computer literacy
