REQUIREMENTS

1.       Bachelor’s degree in business management, scientific, IT, computer science or different engineering fields.

2.       Residence in Turkey

3.       5 or more years’ proven experience in project management

4.       Training and preferably certificates for project management systems

5.       High levels written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English (part of the interview will be held in English)

6.       Capacity to manage high stress situations, focus on solution and calm personality

7.       Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

8.       Leadership skills

9.       Big-picture thinking and vision, objective understanding and decision making

10.   Attention to detail

11.   Conflict resolution skills

12.   Active driving with B Class certificate

13.   Communicative, proactive, problem solving, responsible personality with high reporting skills

14.   High level knowledge in MS Office applications and ERP programs like Netsis, SAP, etc..

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.       Leading project planning internally and externally

2.       Coordinating with other departments and internal resources

3.       Managing project progress and adapt work as required

4.       Ensuring projects meet deadlines

5.       Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

6.       Designing, reviewing and tracking on contracts

7.       Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

8.       Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review

9.       Designing risk mitigation plan

10.   Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for management

11.   Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

12.   Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

13.   Managing large and diverse teams
