Senior Network Security Expert

We are looking for a "Senior Network Security Expert" to join our innovative and growing technology team at Cerebro. We believe the future of businesses will be data-driven, highly dependent to machine learning and powered by artificial intelligence.

Requirements

· University degree, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science

· Proven min. 3 years of IT network and security experience in a similar position

· Very good technical understanding and experience with IT Security concepts, strategies, and
  methodologies including risk assessment and management, data privacy, threat and vulnerability
  management, incident response, identity and access management, cyber security concepts and
  standards

· Advanced level of knowledge and experience on computer hardware.

· Demonstrated working knowledge and experience on TCP/IP Networking, LAN Switching and
  dynamic routing protocols

· Advanced level of knowledge and extensive experience on both Microsoft Windows and Linux
  server & firewall systems.

· General knowledge of physical and logical disk system, storage and san

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Comfortable making decisions regarding enforcement of existing organizational policies and
  procedures

· Strong inter-personal and communication skills

· Comfortable with the rapid, unpredictable nature of a tech startup

· Adapts to both working alone, or as part of a team

· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal
  customers, clients, and other members of the organization

· Good command of English

Responsibilities

· Designing, implementing, administering and supporting network infrastructure and information
  security

· Monitors and reports event logs, system and network resource utilization, perform
  server/application audits and health checks and takes action accordingly.

· Configuring and maintaining network devices including Switches, Routers, load-balancers and
  VPN systems.

· Configuring and administering firewall and IPS systems.

· Prepares and maintains technical documents, drawings and system documentation and
  participates in the installation of network equipment and software.

· Design, implement and test strategies for backup and recovery, security and disaster recovery of
  servers and services, designing and managing storage systems and disk architecture.

· Determining services and standards, executing periodical maintenance of the network devices,
  serves and services.

· Research, propose and implement new solutions, features and improvements.
