We are the leader firm in his sector which about Health and Safety service in Anatolian zone of Turkey. We are looking for a A or B class safety specialist candidates to give a service for a big Project of Turkey government wich is about energy sources.

• Engineering Degree, preferably in Chemistry
• Having a HAZOP experience or at least two year experience in Energy Transmmission line.
• Having A OR B Class Certification from Ministry of Labor on Health & Safety is a must
• Required 2+ years of HSE experience in a construction environment, including managing at site specific level or managing multiple projects in the Turkey
• Must be willing and able to travel
• Team and relationship-building
• English verbal/written communication skills (fluent)
• Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
• Presentation and training skills
• Able to develop, implement and evaluate HSE tools, processes and systems
• Computer based systems and software
• Work within a complex, global organization.
• Military service completed for male candidates

KEY SCOPE AND LOCAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make necessary studies, controls and audits to ensure proper execution of all work carried out by the Company in all study fields under rules of local HSE legislation, comply with the standards
• Participate at occupational health and safety council
• Audit the responsible department which give training to ensure proper execution of all work carried out by the Company in all study fields under rules of local HSE legislation, comply with the standards, document and rules; make checks on participation and qualification level of the trainings
• Assess the risk analysis carried out by our firm, to contribute, to make suggestions to Management, make necessary risk analysis as a result of controls and checks, to ensure the implementation of the current legislation on risk analysis
• Check the suitability of corrective and preventative action to be taken as a result of risk analysis, inform senior management about comments and suggestions
• Audit and report all work at the sites in means of HSE
• Organize and control periodical checks by independent organizations according to the legislation at the installation sites for all lifting equipment, supervise these checks are performed by the independent organizations
• Arrange annual H&S training plan and yearly working plan in coordination with the relevant departments
• Give suggestions for ensuring a safe working environment at all work areas to Management
• Make assessment of occupational accidents and occupational diseases, conduct research, analysis and investigations to prevent recurrence of dangerous incidents and accidents at work, provide advice to Management, and make preventive actions and supervise.
• Present work plans, make reporting, and to make recommendations to Management to ensure a safe working environment
• Prepare emergency plans, arrange practical exercises with OSGBs for these emergency plans
• Not sharing any information about the company's system and employees which can be considered as trade secret with a third party in any way

The Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist is authorized and expected to take the necessary measures to guarantee health, safety and environmental protection, in line also with the local regulations. He/she should encourage the related Departments to develop and improve the HSE standards in the projects.
