Graduated from ENGINEERING departments of universities,

Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the automotive or construction equipment industry,

Good knowledge of MS Office Programs,

Fluent in English,

Having a Driver's License and able to drive actively,

No travel restrictions

He has completed their military service for male candidates,

It's suitable for team work

Able to communicate well in written and verbal,

Residing in Gaziantep,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main areas of responsibility of the position;

Making the work schedule of the mechanics who provide the maintenance and repair of Volvo Construction Equipments, depending on the branch manager,

Selling spare parts and labor by following the offers one by one,

To follow up the spare part requests from the customer and turn them into sales,

To follow up the collections of the sold parts with the collection officer as agreed at the sales stage,

To handle customer complaints in accordance with the Customer Satisfaction Policy and related procedures,

Managing the Spare Parts supply process,

To make technical reports.
