We are currently looking for “Procurement Chief” who possesses the following qualifications to recruit at our HQ in Ankara 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, mining or similar)
• Preferably, experienced in Metal/Mineral/Mine Processing Plants projects and/or industial projects,
  
• At least 10 years total experience,
• At least 5 years experience in similar position
• Analytical thinking,
  
• Good Negotiation skill and techniques,
• Attentiveness to Details,
• Conceptual Thinking,
• Problem Solving,
• Result Oriented,
• Planning and Organization,
  
• Good command of English,
  
• Systematic, dynamic and prone to teamwork,
• Ability to conform to flexible working hours,
• Reside/may reside in Ankara,

Job Description:

• To ensure that the needs of the organization (Headquarters and Sites) are met in accordance with procurement process,
  
• Establishing purchasing criteria, evaluating suppliers in coordination with relevant department managers and ensuring that the Approved Supplier Company List is prepared,
  
• Supplier  evaluation  and reporting the evaluation results to Managemnet
• Carry out price and procurement negotiations with the Suppliers/Service Providers
• Ensuring all raw materials, semi - finished products, equipments and services purchased to the organizations are provided in accordance with  requirements,
• Managing supplier relationships,
• Control and ensure the timely delivery of tender offers
• Control and take necessary actions to ensure the timely delivery of the supplies/services
• Checking the conformity of the purchased service and material to the quality standarts,
• Ensuring relevant price inquiries are carried out in line with the requests from the departments and management
