QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To develop service business by conducting customer-oriented studies
  • To find customers with new service potential and to improve relationship
  • Preparing the proposal and contract, including the calculation of the sales price. Follow up and realize service sales
  • To support the customer in determining their needs, increase service sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction
  • To communicate with existing and potential customers, inform them about the correct service product to confirm with the relevant technical personnel by mutually agreeing with relevant technical staff of customer. Support customer and realize the sales
  • To plan customer visits as service sales activity, make customer visits within the plans and report results the Service Sales Manager
  • To keep track of service provided to customer for complete fulfillment up to the stage of invoicing and payment
  • Preparing visits and activity reports with time information, lost orders and sales reports in which sales performance is evaluated according to budget, share report with Service Sales Manager
  • To support BLM, service sales manager and other employees for the realization of service sales targets
  • To work in coordination with the Operations Manager and the service support team to fulfill the terms of the Service Maintenance Agreement done by service sales engineer
  • To make installed base mapping in the customer group he/she is responsible for and enter related contacts into C4C
  • In case of high repair costs, contact the relevant product sales engineer and support to provide the most appropriate solution to the customer
  • To perform the requirements of the Environment Management System (ISO 14001) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001), to act in compliance with the environment-related and occupational health and safety-related instructions given by the Department Manager, to work according to the Company’s Quality and Occupational Safety and Environment policies, and to show effort for continuous improvement activities,

  • Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
  • B Driving Licence
