We’re looking for Solution Center Associates, who will be handling the most critical customer cases on behalf of CicekSepeti.   
About You

  • You hold a BA/BSc degree from relevant disciplines or you’re a 4th  grade student who can work full time
  • You’re articulate, mature, patient and solution-oriented
  • You’re preferably experienced in customer support roles
  • You’re an excellent communicator on the phone, who can listen actively to grasp the heart of an issue
  • You can cool down any unhappy customer in a friendly yet professional manner by taking relevant actions
  • You’re familiar with CRM systems & you’re highly computer literate
  • You’re a self-learner who has a natural curiosity for Internet business
Your Responsibilities
  • Handling complaints in accordance with company policy, by analyzing end-to-end journey of the customers to find the root causes
  • Dealing with large amounts of calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Keeping records of all conversations in  relevant platforms and follow up the actions with internal stakeholders to make sure each and every case is resolved in the best possible way
  • Escalate relevant cases to your manager in a timely manner
