Analytical Marketing Senior Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering departments of leading universities. Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of work experience with data analysis
• Experienced in big data analytics, statistics, predictive modeling, customer analytics, demand forecasting and machine learning
• Experience with Python, R and other relevant tools to manipulate and analyze big data
• Strong knowledge of database management systems like SQL and big data frameworks
• Proficiency in at least one of the statistical packages, i.e. SPSS, SAS, R
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Insurance knowledge is a plus

Job Description:

• Responsible for turning big data into actionable insights,
• Understand the business needs and produce insightful analyses for lift in Telesales purchase and other related targets,
• Create, implement, and improve statistical algorithms to help generate predictive models, along with metrics to track their progress,
• Enable visibility into historical data and provide the ability to identify the root causes of change,
• Design A/B test, interpret and present the findings to support business decisions,
• Support marketing activities and projects in areas such as market researches and customer experience,
• Provide ad-hoc reports to senior management in case of need,
• Work actively in automatization of reports.
