QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources especially in reporting areas,
  • Preferably graduated from statistics, mathematics and engineering departments,
  • Have a good level of English verbal and communication skill,
  • Good level of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines,
  • Have a good skills of communication and prioritization of activities,
  • Proactive, energetic, positive, results oriented,
  • Willing for new process designs.

JOB DESCRIBTION:

  • Consolidation of various reports and other data sources for monthly budget and KPI reviews,
  • Preparation of budget and periodical analysis of budget variances in terms of actual & forecast comparison,
  • Monthly follow-up of annual HC budget,
  • To follow the Human Resources budget and to ensure timely preparation of annual budget activities,
  • Preparing of human resources reports such as headcount, turnover, demographic information etc.
  • Preparing various analysis and reports for management circle,
  • Ensuring to provide improvements of related processes,
  • To ensure timely and accurate preparation of related reports and to publish them,
  • To contribute data quality and predictive data analysis strategy in the organization,
  • Develop an excellent customer relationship, based on trust and reliable service delivery,
  • Involvement to the projects, related to different topics of human resources except the main responsibilities,
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities requested by the management.
