QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in preferably Engineering Disciplines (especially Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering) or Management, Economics etc.
• Excellent command of English,
• Preferably knowledge of SAP,
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in similar positions,
• Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills,
• Preferably experience in Energy & Fuel Purchasing Process.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Find domestic and/or international supplier resources for Group about the fuel and energy material/service categories that he/she is responsible for by making supply market research locally and internationally, conduct price surveys, take, and evaluate price offers and provide these alternatives analysed comparatively,
• Follow up fuel markets and trade exchanges in detail. Extensively monitor regulations, requirements, and suppliers in electricity market,
• Work on supplier market so that Group factories can use the fluctuation of the market according to its own benefits, bring specific suggestions,
• Regulate the needed contracts and documents, for the arranged by agreement purchasing, coordinated with the owner department of the demand, lay the groundwork for agreements,
• Supply the needed materials in order lists, approved in accordance with current procedures and authorization, in required form, quantity, time and best prices,
• Coordinate with Logistics department to bring the purchased material by the most economic and convenient way according to its quantity, qualifications, and urgency. Provide the purchased material to deliver to the warehouse in its original characteristic,
• Follow up the materials which has an expire date if they arrive properly according to agreements. Determine the suppliers who break the agreements and take needed precautions,
• Support material requirement planning, provide purchasing data updated on SAP system,
• Work on supplier selection and evaluation, provide having good relations with suppliers (company or person), be responsible for keeping their prestige and respectability to the Group,
• Provide saving the data for top management requirements or information flow system about his/her activities, prepare the necessary reports, forward to related departments on time.
