• Min. 5 years digital experience,
• University degree in related fields,
• Experience in gathering data through both qualitative and quantitative approaches (user research, A/B experimentation, usability testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis),
• Proven track record of delivering good growth results Data-driven, familiar with SQL, Google Analytics, and similar techniques/tools,
• Experience with UI/UX best practices,
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools,
• Experience in acquisition funnels or lead generation optimization,
• Experience with A/B testing scenarios and tools,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required,
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively,
• Knowledge about using product tools,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment;
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills;
• Outstanding understanding and working knowledge inweb analytics, event tracking, (i.e. Google Analytics, Tag Manager)

Job Description

• Design, test and deploy high quality end to end data analytics implementations,
• Responsible for overseeing website tagging, 3rd party pixel implementation,
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s digital reputation,
• Demonstrating a blend of creativity and analytical skills with a results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to accelerate growth,
• Building strategic relationships and partnering with stakeholders,
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, using A/B and multivariate tests,
• Measuring and reporting performance of all on-site dynamics and internal production procedures,
• Developing KPI framework and benchmarks for the company to ensure continuous improvement,
• Partner with the analytics team to validate key findings with data,
• Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps,
• Track progress of vertical specific product improvements and measure impact,
• Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities,
• Help the team to define goals and work on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results,
• Suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through the use of effective communication,
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify potential A/B tests across all devices.
