Production Assistant Specialist (NEW Graduates)

• Preferably having a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemistry engineering, molecular and genetics or bioengineering
• New graduate or at most 1 year of production experience preferably in pharmaceutical sector
• Self-motivated and eager to learn production process of biotechnological in live cells , both downstream and upstream production .
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being a good team player
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Compatible to work in a shift order
• Living or willing to live in Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Kapaklı
• No military obligation (for male candidates)

TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• To do monitoring and report parameters of production and to make decision in suitable time for informing production responsible for acting
• To thinking about better ways for improving procedures and share it with the unit manager
• To ensure that the products are produced according to the appropriate documentation during the shift to ensure the required quality
• To check the cleanliness of the plant and equipment at the end of production
• To check the label information on the raw materials used during production to ensure that the correct raw material and correct quantity are used
• To ensure that GMP rules are followed in the shift, to be a follower and practitioner of hygiene rules
• To ensure that the records are kept in production and packaging in order to preserve the product quality are accurate and complete
• To inform the relevant unit manager about any problems that may occur during the shift
