Brief

Our international company is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help us in our overall marketing efforts of film and distribution in cinema industry. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to production promotion.

Marketing Coordinator should be a competent professional able to grasp audience’s behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, media buying, media planning, principles and tactics.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities

·        Coordinate / Manage all marketing, advertising, PR and promotion activities and to oversee these activities in cooperation with the supervisor units.

·        Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans and projects for the new movies.

·        Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

·        Oversee the press previews.

·        Carry out marketing and promotion activities within the movie theatre.

·        Establish and conduct the relationships with the customers, the press, and the creative or online agencies.

·        Analyze current market conditions and competitors.

·        Monitor, review and report the efficiency of the marketing plans and projects; to carry out marketing activities within the scope of the budget limitations of the company. 

·        Develop and operate promotion networks with third parties, the media and the movie theaters; to develop promotional art works in collaboration with the local creative agencies.   

·        Coordinate and manage all interactive assets (i.e. web page localization, mobile page integration, teasers and other online content) 

·        Coordinate / Manage daily relationships with the media for PR processes; to coordinate localization of the PR content.

·        Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate media buying and marketing efforts

·        Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels and mediums

·        Coordinate / Manage analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies

·        Coordinate / Manage the presentation of the PR content and to prepare reports regarding the press coverage on such content; to operate the PR database and system; to conduct all communication, collaboration and coordination efforts regarding marketing and PR with the Movie Theatres.

·        Support all team members in any matters, when necessary

·        Carry out other tasks assigned to him/her by Top Management related to his/her position

·        Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements

·        BA/BS degree required

·        Minimum of 4-years studio or content/media/agency experience

·        High level of organization, detail orientation, and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines in execution of projects

·        High understanding of fast-paced media industry and latest trends

·        Proven communication skills; must be articulate and professional

·        Fluent Turkish speaker, proficiency in English both in written and verbal for

·        Proven experience asMarketing Coordinator or similar role

·        Thorough understanding of marketing elements (online and offline) and market research methods

·        Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

·        Well-organized, detail oriented and flexible working

·         Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
