Business Excellence Assistant Manager

We are looking for “Business Excellence Assistant Manager” with the following qualifications;

•         Bachelor degree from science, technology or engineering departments,
•         Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management positions ideally within Energy or Automotive sectors, 
•         Experienced in set up, implementation and development of integrated management systems,
•         Audit competency is a must for ISO standards especially in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001,
•         Knowledge of Lean CI and change management methodology,
•         Preferably knowledge of Process Management, Warranty Claim Management processes, Lean Management, Six Sigma systems,
•         User of QDMS or informed about Quality Management System Implementation,
•         Able to manage international and complex projects,
•         Informed about process design and experienced in using programmes like MS Visio, Ensemble etc.,
•         Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
•         Excellent command of English both written and spoken, another foreign language is a plus,
•         Being skilled communicator, facilitator and trainer,
•         Analytical, structured, customer oriented, team player and energetic,
•         Excellent communication skills in a multi-national environment,
•         Able to occasional travel to all locations and internal/external customers,
•         No military obligation for male candidates. 

•        Managing and developing Quality & Technical functions to deliver quality improvement “Sustainable, Profitable Growth” agendas,
•         Following specific standards (IMO, Marpol, Solas, ILO, IFC related points) about processes of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 27001, IFC standards,
•         Controlling and updating all Integrated Management System documents, policies, procedures, guidelines and forms,
•         According to internal exemination plans, management of all internal exemination processes of the countries,
•         Following and managing the obligations according to legal regulations of related countries, 
•         Controlling and updating risk analysis,
•         Following and developing PCDA System, Change Management and Continuous Improvement studies,  
•         Managing representative responsible for the Integrated Management System (IMS),
•         Guiding quality and technical activities within the business,
•         Guiding departments/teams in understanding of quality & technical requirements specific to their role through audit programmes, incident investigation and training activities,
•         Analysis complaint, reject and audit data to recommend quality & technical improvement activities within business.
