QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy and policies for the company that is aligned with the organization's vision, mission, values, and its current and long-term business objectives 
  • Search for law, regulations and all HR related aspects in the countries of operation. Design, implement and reinforce the appropriate application of HR policies, standards, and procedures to ensure adherence with legislative requirements 
  • Manage all functions of the HR management including recruitment, talent management, performance management, training, C&B
  • Apply strong technical expertise (such as Organization Design, Employee Engagement, Workforce Planning, and Change Management) in implementing strategy and solutions to address organizational and people-related challenges across the company
  • Manage the budget and other financial measures of the HR Department 
  • Prepare and follow up the headcount plans in accordance with the company budget 
  • Manage and keep current all HR administration systems including salaries & incentives, leaves of absence and training 
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security, and other applicable laws
  • Provide employee satisfaction and engagement through effective planning of HR functions 

Requirements 

  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (Master' degree is an asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, at least 3 years at the manager level 
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, compensation practices, performance management
  • Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and a high level of integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness 
  • Strong understanding of employment law and policies, and employment legislation 
  • Advanced Business acumen and understanding of the assigned client groups including their culture and HR requirements
  • Expert consulting skills and ability to persuade/influence business leaders on suggested action for turning business issues/problems into viable HR/Business solutions
  • Expert problem-solving skills, ability to determine the root cause of complex issues and arrive at sound HR/Business solutions
  • Expert communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
