QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
- Monitoring and ensuring operation and further development of the PMS infrastructure used in the hotel sector
Development and testing of backup and disaster recovery concepts
Planning and execution of migrations and new installations
User- and rights management
Supervision and implementation of general IT projects in the hotel sector
Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and user manuals
Planning and realization of user trainings for systems used in the hotel sector
Second-level support and support of our IT Front Desk
Quality assurance and project management
Monitoring of our external service providers
About you
Comprehensive professional experience in all specific IT issues of the hotel business
Excellent knowledge and comprehensive professional experience in planning and operation of property management systems and other applications in the hotel environment: Micros POS, Opera and Materials Control, SIHOT, CRS Systems and Interfaces
Sound knowledge of operating systems, especially Windows 7/10/2008/2012/2016
Practical know-how in the management of high-availability IT applications and IT infrastructures
Good knowledge of network technologies and services: TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP
Excellent command of Turkish, German and English language, both written and spoken
Team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
