PURCHASING ENGINEER

We are looking for a Purchasing Engineer who will work based in Diyarbakır. 

The qualifications of the required position is as below.

- Engineering degree preferably from mechanical, metallurgical or industrial engineering department

- Advanced level of English

- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in supply chain department

- Preferably having experience in SAP

-Available to work permanently in Diyarbakır 

The job description of the position is as follows:

1.          To supervise  SAP system in Diyarbakır by giving codes to the equipments, by entering the invoices to the system, by checking the records of goods ordered and received in S.A.P. and etc.

2.          To train SAP users during their orientation phase and after the updates of the modules in the program.

3.          To report expenses via SAP system to related departments (finance, production,  maintenance etc.) for comparison of actual costs with the budget.

4.          To maintain records of   Joint Venture  operations purchasing costs  for Finance Department

5.          To communication with related departments for international orders and stock items.

6.          To prepare official reports  related with imported equipments

7.         To communicate with Diyarbakır customs when rental equipments are imported and  write letters related with this process  if needed.
