Quality Manager

• University degree in engineering 
• Minimum 5 years experience of quality control, assurance and management for automotive industry. 2-3 years of this experience should be as quality manager
• Knowledge and experience in quality management systems. ISO/ IATF and VDA 6.1 knowledge is a must
• Knowledge of quality tools, such as APQP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA
• Advanced skills in English
• MS office skills
• Good management skills; such as planning, organization and decision making
• Good communication skills, both team leader and player
• Good problem solving and analytical skills, analyse problems in line with process development and customers
• Problem Solving Methodologies (6 sigma) / Green Belt
  

İŞ TANIMI

Main challenges:

• Operational support from quality side during plant set up
• Assure the 8D & QRQC processes at the plant
  
• Set up of the quality infrastructure in the plant according to customer requirements, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 and corporate standards
• Monitoring of product quality to ensure conformance to customer  and product safety requirements
  
• Ensure the fulfillment of quality norms ISO IATF / TS 16949 and customer specifics requirements
  
• Monitoring of supplier quality to ensure that all components fulfill their  specific requirements and supplier monitoring and development through SQA function
• Follow up of all audits as system, product, process, environment, health and safety in accordance with ISO TS and IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 in the plant (external and internal) 
  
• Assure the completeness and archive of all relevant products/process data for traceability and product liability
• Implementation of problem solving methodologies
• Represent the company in customer 
• Monthly reporting of indicators
