QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for "Sales Engineer" for our organization in Turkey.

• University degree (preferably in Mechanical and Machining)
• Minimum three -year experience about sales in automotive, forming and cutting tools industry,
• To have a thorough understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality System Standard
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of SAP
• Living (or willing to live) in Bursa
• Very good analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Creative, innovative in turning data to insights
• Adaptable to work in a multi-task environment
• Result oriented team player with interpersonal skills,
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• No restriction for travelling

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting commercial and technical negotiations with customers and ensuring that unit price agreements are made for orders.
• Preparing quotes for customers, communicating them and turning them into contracts and orders.
• To develop a good communication environment with customers and to represent the company's image, brands, product and service quality in the most appropriate way.
• Informing the Sales Manager or the General Manager about customer visits as requested. To continuously contribute to the development of the company and the growth of its customer portfolio by finding new customers.
• To take the necessary actions to keep current customer satisfaction at the highest level.
• Market analysis on a sectoral basis and reporting potential business potentials and business opportunities to the Sales Manager or General Manager as desired.
• To communicate customer expectations and requirements of orders in the best way in coordination and harmony with the personnel in the production department.
• To act as a bridge between the internal processes of the company and the realities of the market.
