QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking a "Sales Manager” for our multinational clients leading manufacturers of Components for White Good Industry.'
Under the supervision of Business Sales Manager, he is responsible for sales planned activities in the assigned area based on their knowledge of the market, making promotions, and keeping the right image of company in front of the customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Administrative or Engineering departments, Master’s degree in BA is a plus.
• All applicants must have excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
• Flexibility to business trips in country or abroad.
• Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Anatolian side or Gebze resident preferred.
• Perform and lead the sales department operations with B2B sales principles to reach sales objectives.
• In closed collaboration with the Business Team define the sales strategy and its implementation in the area.
• Active listening attitude in order to provide a global view of the market.
• Analyse customer needs and expectation, according to demands of customers generate new projects.
• Follow the strategy defined by headquarters to get the demand of customers and define solutions for customers with the collaboration of related departments.
• Coordinate new projects with related departments.
• Look for the assistance of the technical departments in solving tecnical incidents.
• According to customer needs prepare sales forecasts and related reports.
• Develop actions in order to promote the knowledge of the market competitors (activity levels, prices, products, processes,etc).
• Assist to Business Team in the management of the recovery of unpaid invoice.
