QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an international company with offices in London, Turkey and China and are looking to expand our team in Turkey. We are a rapidly growing company are looking for talented sales representatives who want to grow with us.

Responsibilities

·        Handle incoming leads

·        Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

·        Assess customers’ needs and provide advice and information on product features

·        Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

·        Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

·        Keep track on products offered and real estate market in the UK

·        Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

·        Build productive trust relationships with customers

·        Suggest ways to improve sales requirements

Sales Associate skills

·        Proven work experience as a Sales associate, sales representative or similar role

·        Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

·        Proficiency in English and Turkish, Arabic is a plus.

·        Basic math skills

·        Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

·        Solid communication and interpersonal skills

·        A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

·        Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

·        Availability to work flexible shifts and weekends

·        Bachelor degree; BS degree in business or related field would be a plus

·        Knowledge in MS office products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
